How to become a pilot
Flying has always been a dream. Fortunately, it is now not a privilege of a few.
A few steps are enough to touch the sky, whether for work or passion, learning to fly can really be a unique and very rewarding experience or it can eventually become a job opportunity.
Obtaining the flight pilot certificate fcan be considered the first step for a pilotage path.
To obtain this certificate, it is important to set yourself long-term goals.
And sign up for courses based on your interest. There are three official courses ranging from basic to more advanced and can be briefly summarized in this way.
Courses
BASIC VDS
VDS solo course
After having attended a course held by an official school recognized by the Air Club of Italy (easily verifiable from the official website), upon passing the final exam, the ultralight pilot certificate issued by the Air Club of Italy allows to fly solo or with an instructor.
VDS WITH PASSENGER
VDS course with passenger
The requirements for passing the exam and for obtaining the pilot certificate with a passenger on board are: having obtained the VDS solo pilot certificate, having accumulated a minimum of additional 30 hours of flight and having attended a course held by an official school recognized by the Air Club of Italy (easily verifiable from the official website).
ADVANCED VDS
Advanced VDS Course
With this qualification, at the end of the course and after passing the exam, it is possible to independently carry out the flight planning operation by forwarding it to the appropriate bodies, navigation, crossing of controlled airspace and even landing not only on airfields, such as in the two previous certificates, but also in minor airports.
